An Un-Adlerian City in the Lawless Wild West

Can you imagine a city with a minimal feeling of community? According to Time Magazine's August 14th article on Las Vegas, "It is an entire city of Joh Dillingers, feeling guiltless for stealing from the banks." One real estate agent suggests that the greedy exploitation of others is what investing is all about, and that everyone is doing it. "It is very hard to suffer as the one honest person in a town of successful con artists."
